Bakery 27 produces hand-made, sourdough artisan breads using traditional techniques. We employ the use of liquid levain, pate fermente, poolish, biga, soakers and more.
Gluten-free pizza dough is currently available, rolled to a 10" diameter, sold frozen. Take home, thaw, top with you favorite sauce and toppings, allow to rise and bake.
